Amid the magical autumn atmosphere, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and tranquil landscapes, we invite you to discover this tradition deeply rooted in our land: the manual olive harvest. After a brief introduction to the fascinating world of olive trees and the benefits of extra virgin olive oil, you will actively take part in laying nets under the trees and harvesting the olives.

Touching the bark, discovering the age of the trees, removing the leaves, getting to know and smelling the freshly processed olive paste in our small oil mill—these are the most immersive moments of this sensory journey, culminating in the tasting of the very first fruit: extra virgin olive oil.

We will complete the experience with a guided winery tour and a delicious brunch featuring five Sicilian specialties, premium marmalades, and organic honey, all enhanced by the tasting of two wines that embody the warmth of the Mediterranean.
