Step into the heart of Palermo with a Sunday lunch that feels just like gathering at a local family’s table. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare a comforting, soulful menu that celebrates authentic Sicilian tradition.
We’ll begin with caponata, the island’s beloved sweet-and-sour eggplant dish made with tomatoes, olives, capers, celery, and a splash of vinegar — a vibrant appetizer where bold flavors meet perfect balance.
For the main course, we’ll craft Pasta alla Norma, a timeless Sicilian favorite featuring fried eggplant, rich tomato sauce, fresh basil, and a topping of salted ricotta. It’s a dish that transforms simple ingredients into a true taste of Sicily’s spirit.
Kids under 14 are welcome, and they join for half the price.

This lunch is more than just a meal — it’s an invitation into the heart of Sicilian family life, where food is love, and the table is where memories are made.
