Enjoy a slow travel experience in the Sicilian countryside with our Picnic & Winery Tour—an immersive journey through nature, taste, and tradition. Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of our Bio Farm, you’ll begin with a fragrant stroll through the Aroma Garden, followed by a guided walk among vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards, learning about the grape varieties, local flora, volcanic soil, and Mediterranean climate.

Just a few steps from the Federico II vineyard, the visit continues into our traditional Sicilian Baglio-style winery, where you’ll discover the entire winemaking cycle—from fermentation to barrel aging and bottling.

In the shade of ancient olive trees and flowered arches, a reserved picnic area awaits you. A curated basket will be delivered with five farm-produced Sicilian specialties: cured meats, ricotta, fresh vegetables, citrus marmalades, organic honey, and water. This intimate lunch is paired with a tasting of two monovarietal IGP or DOC Sicilia wines of your choice.

Your sensorial journey will conclude with a visit to our barrel cellar and a moment of relaxation on the lawn, soaking in the sights, scents, and silence of rural Sicily.
