Surrounded by generous and lush nature, the Bio Farm offers an unforgettable sensory experience. The tour begins with a walk through the Aroma Garden, followed by a journey through the family vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards, where you will discover the cultivated varieties, soil characteristics, and unique climate conditions.

Just a few steps from the Federico II vineyard, you will reach the winery, designed in the traditional square shape of a Sicilian Baglio. Here, we will explore the fascinating wine-making, aging, and bottling process.

The winery visit concludes in the barrel cellar, where red wines are aged for years. In the vast lawn adjacent to the winery, we will discover aromatic plants, centuries-old olive trees, flowered arches, and traditional farming tools. A reserved picnic area will be set up for you with a welcoming atmosphere. You will receive a picnic basket containing five Sicilian specialties, including flavorful cured meats, local ricotta, vegetables from our garden, extra citrus marmalades, organic honey, and water.

The experience includes a tasting of two monovarietal wines of your choice between white and red.
