Depending on the season, we will prepare tomatoes for sun drying, make a long-lasting homemade tomato paste, and preserve Sicilian olives—each bite a reminder of the island's rich traditions.
– Select your tomatoes or other seasonal products: pick them from the field or buy them fresh at the local market (optional);
– Prepare preserves for winter (jams, tomato sauce, dried eggplants, olives—depending on the season);
– Cook and enjoy a traditional Sicilian pasta dish with seasonal sauce and local drinks;
– Optional: Have your preserves or sauces shipped to your home (extra cost).
