In Sicily Among Vineyards and Winery

Step into the authentic atmosphere of a Sicilian organic winery nestled in the rolling hills once beloved by Emperor Frederick II of Swabia. This immersive experience begins with a peaceful walk among vineyards, olive groves, and citrus trees, where you’ll uncover the secrets of organic cultivation and the microclimate that makes these hills perfect for winemaking.

Accompanied by our expert guide, you’ll explore the historic “baglio” and production areas of the winery—from fermentation to bottling—before entering the atmospheric barrel cellar where our red wines age in silence.

On the veranda overlooking the Mediterranean garden or in the cozy tasting room, enjoy a tasting of two fine IGP or DOC Sicilia wines, paired with a platter of three authentic farm-to-table Sicilian specialties. Also included are tastings of our organic honey, extra virgin olive oil, citrus marmalades, and olive pâté.
