Between the Vineyards of Frederick II: Discovering Winemakers' Secrets, Cellar Tour, Barrel Visit, Wine Tasting, and Sicilian Specialties.

We look forward to welcoming you to the gentle hillside landscape, cherished by Frederick II of Swabia. Your visit begins with a pleasant nature walk among the family's organic vineyards and olive groves, where you'll learn about the winemakers' care and explore the unique microclimate of these hills, anticipating the emotions you will soon experience with a glass in hand. A few steps away, we'll arrive at the winery's traditional "baglio" courtyard, pause in the winemaking area to uncover the secrets of production, pass through the bottling area, and finally reach the aging room for the red wines.

On the veranda overlooking the garden or in the winery's tasting room, we'll prepare a platter featuring three Sicilian specialties. The experience will be enriched by tasting two wines that evoke the warmth of the Mediterranean: a versatile, fresh, and savory white typical of this hilly region, and a characterful red with a fruity bouquet.

We are delighted to welcome you to our Organic Farm and offer access to all our green spaces: the vast lawn, a small Mediterranean garden with aromatic plants, the avenue of centuries-old olive trees, the organic citrus grove, and the animal area.
